Airerose Entertainment Celebrates Its 1st Birthday |
VAN NUYS, California—This month marks the one-year anniversary of Airerose Entertainment, and it's been an exciting ride for the new gonzo studio. Airerose hit a number of high points, particularly during awards season, when it garnered a 2015 AVN Award for Best New Imprint. “Our first release Raw Talent launched us as a company in June of 2014, and it has been a wild, fulfilling ride ever since,” says Adam H. VP of Airerose Entertainment. “Eight talented directors and 26 title releases later, we continue to grow into our own sensibilities and reinvent what it means to be an all-sex studio.”Scoring honors from both AVN and XBIZ in its first awards season certainly did the fledgling company's team proud. “We really hoped to make a splash in our first awards season, but taking those titles from both major publications was a welcome shock!” Adam H. recalls. “It was with the support of AVN and XBIZ that we were able to put our name and content out there, and these high recognitions from the industry mainstays legitimized Airerose as the new name in gonzo.” Airerose shared the honors with then-Brand Ambassador Carter Cruise, who also swept at AVN and XBIZ in Best New Starlet category, as well as with Nightmoves Magazine and XRCO. “Participating in the creation of promotional content and communications, our concept of the non-exclusive contract girl or Brand Ambassador allows a starlet to continue to build her own brand while acting as a spokemodel for ours. The concept of the Airerose Brand Ambassador works for us, and we are in talks to name a new representative very soon.” Carter Cruise was the featured starlet of the studio’s All Access Carter Cruise, which added some new twists to the star showcase genre and was selected as an Editor’s Choice by AVN and earned recommendations from other adult sites. “The first of its kind, the All Access showcase line gave the central starlet creative control over each scene, intertwining self-shot video on GoPros and behind-the-scenes footage as part of the movie," said Adam H. "The aim was to focus on the starlet with more facets than ever before, and break porn stereotypes one scene at a time.” All Access Abella Danger, the next edition of the All Access line, hits streets on August 27. According to the Airerose team, the company was launched with the mission to create high-end gonzo spotlighting new, fresh talent with striking box covers, dynamic elements, and classic concepts elevated by the fan-oriented vision of experienced directors and porn fans. “We are constantly working to streamline our content channels and boil down our concepts to concise, memorable themes. Our paysite, Airerose.com, is evolving to provide fans more direct access to our content, and grow with the industry landscape …“Being the new kid on the block has its challenges—one of them being carving out a place for yourself among peers,” Adam H. summed up. “Airerose Entertainment did well to quickly learn from, improve upon, and reinvent our first year’s experience, and we look forward to looking back on every year to follow.” Pure Play Media is the exclusive distributor for Airerose Entertainment.
