Hot Octopuss Sends 'Sperminator' to 'Terminator'

LONDON—Many pleasure product companies are wise to the benefits of getting their high-end gadgets into the hands of celebrities. Goodie bags for the Academy Awards gifting suites, for instance, have contained items supplied by Wicked Sensual Care Collection, Adam & Eve, Screaming O and Fun Factory, to name a few. Now British pleasure product designer Hot Octopuss is taking a more direct approach to attract the attention of one particular celeb: the Terminator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger. According to the U.K. manufacturer, the erstwhile governor of California should watch his mail. In addition to missives related to his upcoming movie, Terminator Genisys (coming out July 1), Schwarzenegger can expect at some point to receive a “Sperminator”—the nickname given to his own personal Pulse II “guybrator” sex toy. If only the governator had been in possession of the Pulse II years ago! It might have obviated the whole “love child” problem that torpedoed his marriage to Maria Shriver. It occurred to the playful sex toy brand that the Terminator deserved to have the very latest in male sex toy tech. In keeping with its campaign The Evolution of Masturbation, Hot Octopuss seeks to reinvent the future of male masturbation by “sending a machine from the future to a machine of the future.” The new PULSE II collection features two new products; Pulse II Solo for men and Pulse II Duo for couples. Both toys utilize oscillating technology to create high-amplitude vibrations for maximum stimulation. “The male sex toy market is still a drop in the bucket compared with the female sex toy scene, but attitudes are changing,” the company said in a statement. “And with the number of serious sex machines available for men on the rise, the new Pulse II collection from Hot Octopuss continues to lead the way.” AVN asked the company how they’d figured out how to address the precious package. “We sent it via regular post. but it was a bit tricky to predict what his address would be in 2029 so we sort of guesstimated,” a representative said. “We predict by now it's halfway to Skynet.”
