Vanity's Vr10 Rabbit Gets a Cameo on HBO's 'Silicon Valley' |
LOS ANGELES—The HBO series Silicon Valley gave several knowing nods to the adult industry in a recent episode titled "Adult Content," and one of those went to upscale pleasure products manufacturer JOPEN. The company's Vanity by JOPEN Vr10 made a cameo appearance on the seventh episode of the second season of the series, with footage that shows how the Vr10 rotates and vibrates. The "Adult Content" episode took viewers to an Adult 2.0 Conference where character Molly Kendall shares some insight on the adult business. She tells her audience the adult business is always leading the way and share a look into the future, where the Vanity by JOPEN Vr10 makes its debut. Susan Colvin, president and CEO of JOPEN, said, “We are delighted the Vr10 made an appearance on Silicon Valley. Vanity is the pinnacle collection for JOPEN. We are honored that HBO featured this product in action with its rotating shaft.” Vanity by JOPEN is a collection of intimate accessories that are rechargeable, quiet, powered by PowerBullet and made of virtually seamless silicone. All Vanity products come with a one-year warranty and a 10-year replacement guarantee. The Vr10 is a rabbit-style vibe with a vibrating shaft, vibrating teaser and rotating shaft. The triple motors offer intense incremental speed controls and synchronous vibrations with independent rotation. The Vr10 is water resistant and comes with a 110/240 volt power adapter for a complete change in four hours. Brand Manager Robin Stewart was thrilled by the exposure. “I loved seeing the Vanity Vr10 on Silicon Valley. It is a super-premium pleasure product that deserves to be center stage. It rotates, vibrates, is rechargeable and is made of premium silicone that maintains and retains body heat,” Stewart said. HBO is owned by Home Box Office, Inc, a subsidiary of Time Warner Inc.
