Wired’s Sex Issue Visits AVN Novelty Expo, ‘CES of Sex Toys’

LOS ANGELES—For it’s first-ever issue focusing on sex, staff of tech-based magazine Wired visited the AVN Novelty Expo with Ethan Imboden, founder of Jimmyjane and an award-winning designer of pleasure products, to find out what’s hot and what’s not. In addition to print material, Wired filmed online segments at ANE, which the magazine dubbed the “CES of Sex Toys.” The crew visited every booth at January’s ANE in Las Vegas, with Imboden pointing out pleasure products that filled a demand by consumers, used technology in a way that sense and provided an experience to consumers.
