Plans Underway for Tantric Sex GoPro Porno of 'The Hobbit'?

LOS ANGELES—Last night, British actor Orlando Bloom visited Conan, where the conversation touched on the fact that director Peter Jackson has said that the just-released The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, in which Bloom reprises his long-running role as the elf Legolas, will be the last version of the vaunted series produced for the big screen. Orlando allowed that indeed that would be the case, due to issues related to the copyrights for both The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, which are still held by the estate of author J.R. Tolkien, but he also held out hope that an intriguing variation on the theme would see the light of day. "I was doing press with Evangeline Lilly and Lee Pace recently, who both play elves, and we thought we might do an elven spin-off," he explained to host Conan O'Brien.  ''We could do an elven spin-off ourselves, you know," he continued. "Get some iPhones, and some GoPros, and the elves annihilate Middle Earth, tantric sex style, down and dirty." Warming to the subject, Bloom added,  "A bit of elven love, and some violence ... get dirty." "People would love that," interjected Conan. "So you heard it here first—Orlando Bloom saying there will be a Tantric sex GoPro version of The Hobbit. That's fantastic." "Low budget movies make lots of money,'' agreed Bloom. "I'd love to make a little cameo," quipped Conan, waving his hands. "You'd make a great elf, are you kidding me," exclaimed Bloom. The rest of the conversation, which can be seen here, turned on Conan's unique resemblance to an elf. Also, GoPro's stock is way off today, but that's probably a coincidence.
