Exotic Dancer Expo Seeks New Location... In New City

MIAMI, FL—ED Publications, the publishers of Exotic Dancer magazine, who for the last 20 years have put on the annual Gentlemen's Club Expo, have announced that the show will not be at its "home" in Las Vegas in 2015. "Now that EXPO 2014 has come and gone—and with the new November issue of the ED Club Bulletin packed with post-EXPO coverage including hundreds of photos—our thoughts turn to the 2015 EXPO," wrote ED Publications associate publisher Dave Manack in an email to the club industry and its supporters. "Even though it's only November 13th, our attention is already fixed on the industry's only national convention. When will we post the dates, location and theme? One thing is for certain: EXPO 2015 will NOT be in Las Vegas." "Let us say that again: For the first time in over 20 years, the Annual Gentlemen's Club EXPO will take place somewhere other than Sin City," Manack emphasized. "Even now, we can almost hear the sound of a collective 'whhaaaaaattt' as it echoes from one EXPO attendee to another.  All we can say for the time being is, you're gonna love what we have in store for EXPO 2015." Manack was adamant that he was not about to reveal the 2015 location at this time, though he did say that "there's a tiny hint in this write-up as to what the surprise is (try to find it, we dare you!)," and that a further clue would be found in next week's ED Club Bulletin. Our guess is, it's something to do with the word "echo"—so maybe the next Expo will be... in the Carlsbad Caverns?
