Tarantino XXX Creates the XXXL Ray Network

DENVER, Colo.—New director Tarantino XXX is launching his independent production label, the XXXL Ray Network, and its official website on July 10. The date coincides with the release of his first two films. The XXXL Ray Network was named as an homage to Robert Rodriguez’s cable television network, the El Rey Network, which showcases low-budget grindhouse/exploitation genre films from the '70s, '80s and '90s—a source of inspiration for Tarantino XXX's style of adult films. "I grew up watching all kinds of those drive-in movies from those decades," Tarantino XXX said. "Since he [Rodriguez] created a network that shows those kinds of movies, I thought to create the porno version of that." Also a fan of adult films—particularly films from the 1990s produced by Vivid Entertainment, Video Team and Wicked Pictures, which were his favorite companies at the time—Tarantino XXX wanted to add his own spin on the adult film world when creating his own production label. "Paul Thomas, Brad Armstrong, Jonathan Morgan, Axel Braun, Melissa Hill and Steven St. Croix were huge inspirations for me as young, aspiring filmmaker," he added. The content featured on the XXXL Ray Network will target vintage-style adult niches such as action, horror, kung fu, costume play and parody. Two movies will be available to purchase for download on July 10 exclusively from his website, GrindhouseXXX.com. One is Tarantino Loves Feet, a gonzo/foot fetish movie inspired by the real Quentin Tarantino's love of women’s feet. “When I first started shooting, someone had suggested to me, 'You got to shoot a foot movie since you're Tarantino XXX',” the director explained. Tarantino Loves Feet features Amanda Tate, Jessica Ryan, Ashlee Graham and Mikki Lynn as well as male talent Tony Starx and Jessy Jones. It also features a bonus scene titled “Missing Reel Scene” after the end credits (inspired by Hollywood's Marvel comic book movies’ famous post-credit scenes), which features a girl/girl pairing of Cali Jade and newcomer Nickey Huntsman. The second movie, The Game Of Sex, is a character parody inspired by kung fu movies and 1990s video games. “As a huge fan of kung fu movies and '90s video game characters, I came up with this idea to blend those themes with costume play because I believe costume play is a huge niche I think that is growing rapidly successful in porn,” Tarantino said. Directed by The JZA, it features five scenes with Gaia, Angelina Chung, Sheena Ryder, Pamela Balian and Layla Price. The ladies work alongside Tony Starx, Chris Cock, Dominik Kross and Dominick Flynt.
