NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Doc Johnson’s Yumi blowup doll was heavily featured in Saturday Night Live’s newest music video, “Resolution Revolution.” The song cleverly takes on New Year’s resolutions and starred the episode’s host, pop superstar Drake, as well as featured SNL newcomer Sasheer Zamata singing the hook. Also in the video were cast members Taran Killam and Jay Pharoah. The episode earned top-ranking as the No. 1 telecast of the night across all network TV, drawing in 4 million viewers in the top 25 markets. Lauded as witty, relatable, and viral-worthy, the SNL video was written about on hundreds of sites, including praise from Rolling Stone, Huffington Post, and The Atlantic. “Saturday Night Live is a fantastic show; it’s truly an honor to be included in such a well-executed music video featuring a superstar of Drake’s caliber! Our strong-selling Yumi doll was a perfect fit for the sketch and Jay Pharoah’s performance was hilarious,” said Victoria Bowman-Steinour, director of marketing and public relations. “In the past few years, we’ve had great success in forging relationships and frequently earning top placements on network and cable programming, as well as in mainstream movies.
