Sex Toy Expert Kim Airs Plays Santa On ‘Arsenio Hall Show’

HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Kim Airs, a veteran of the pleasure products industry and owner of adult online retailer Grand Opening, made an appearance on a recent episode of The Arsenio Hall Show as a naughty and nice Santa Claus. After a Los Angeles Times article about Airs’ tradition of dressing up as Santa, hopping on her motorcycle and delivering toys to children throughout Los Angeles’ inner-city neighborhoods, Hall contacted her to appear on last Friday’s show. The segment started with Hall introducing Santa, and shows Airs riding her motorcycle onto the stage. After Hall notes Santa is a woman, Airs introduces herself and talks about her six-year tradition. Airs explained she uses her own money to purchase the toys throughout the year, and then delivers them in the days leading up to Christmas in South Central, Compton and other neighborhoods. “I go wherever my motorcycle wants to go,” she said. While Airs rifles through her bag of goodies to show Hall and the audience the types of toys she hands out, he takes a moment to present her with a $1,000 gift card for Toys R Us to help with her shopping for next year. But the fun didn’t stop there: Eventually Hall asked Airs what she does for a living. Her answer of “I’m a sex toy expert” is received with some nervous giggles and “oohs” and “aahs” from the audience. And to finish off the segment, Airs and Hall ventured out into the audience with yet another bag of goodies, but these were of the more adult variety.
