CockyBoys 101: Vassar Brings in Jake Jaxson for Panel Discussion |
NEW YORK, NY — Tomorrow, October 24, 2013, Vassar College (named the most selective liberal arts college in the country by U.S. News & World Report) is bringing the owners of CockyBoys, Jake Jaxson, RJ Sebastian, and Benny Morecock, to campus for a panel discussion on life, love, and the art porn movement that they have ignited. The discussion is centered around Vassar student Jack Levinson's senior thesis original play, Gay Sex, based on the New York Magazine article by Molly Young written last year titled “He & He & He,” which was a feature about the unique relationship of CockyBoy's owners. The writer will be leading a panel discussion with Jake Jaxson (Director and owner of CockyBoys), RJ Sebastian (Director of Photography), Benny Morecock (Creative Director) and writer Molly Young. Vassar's website says this of the panel discussion "In anticipation of Jack Levinson new original play, Gay Sex, the writer will be leading a panel discussion with the three men who run CockyBoys, a popular gay porn outlet. Levinson's play is an adaptation of their story of success (and their unconventional three-partner relationship). Topics of conversation will include polyamory, representations of sexuality in art, and the legitimization of the pornographic medium. Sponsored by Unbound and the Department of American Studies." CockyBoys' owner and Director Jaxson says, "I'm thrilled and honored to be speaking on a panel at Vassar College in the first place, let alone one centered around CockyBoys and my family." He goes on to say, "I'm really looking forward to having a thoughtful and genuine conversation about all the great possibilities that still exist in this medium known as adult entertainment and how I plan to keep exploring them in the coming months and years with CockyBoys' releases that will continue to provoke thought, emotion and get you off at the same time!" He concludes by saying, "We are really looking forward to seeing the play Gay Sex, it's surreal being at this stage in our career and having someone write a play about our relationship and the business we run together!"
