CalExotics Hits The Road With Calvista

CHINO, Calif.—CalExotics recently took part in the Calvista Roadshow, Sept. 9-12, in Australia. The three-city tour was supported by California Exotic Novelties, Jopen and seven other vendors. “What a thrill to be a part of Calvista’s Roadshow,” said Susan Colvin, president and CEO of California Exotic Novelties and JOPEN. “This novel approach to tradeshow marketing—one where the show travels to be closer to attendees—is innovative and creative. We thank Michael Basset from Calvista and the entire team for making it such a successful tour.” Exhibition rooms were booked for one day in each city that hosted the show. The latest adult novelties were shown to retailers from each state—with some even flying in from interstate—to be the first to see them and place pre-orders. Refreshments, lunch, and networking opportunities made the Calvista Roadshow a festive, must-see event. Michael Basset, CEO of Calvista Australia Pty Ltd., said, “This was another hugely successful Calvista Roadshow which combined education for retailers with the latest and greatest products. It was well supported by retailers and vendors alike. Thanks to everyone for their support. After the big Calvista AdultEx Trade Fair in April, the September Roadshow rounds off the year nicely and allows us to secure pre-Christmas trade.” Lupe Martinez, International Account Manager for California Exotic Novelties, attended the Roadshow on behalf of both CalExotics and Jopen.
