âReal Housewives of OCâ Features Plethora of Industry Brands |
PUERTA VALLARTA, Mexico—“Viva Mexico!” could be the rallying cry for several manufacturers of pleasure products who were prominently featured in recent episodes of Bravo TV’s The Real Housewives of Orange County. In episode 10 of the current season, the ladies head to Mexico for Tamra’s bachelorette weekend. Vicki, one of the original housewives from the series’ inception in 2006, brought along some playful toys she’d picked up at Hustler Hollywood prior to the trip. Among her purchases were Doc Johnson’s Realistic Hung from the world’s first and only patented harness system, Vac-U-Lock, which was also seen in episode 11; the colorful Cock Pop from Hott Products; and the Naughty Night Out Pin the Cock on the Jock game and several accessories from the Sex & Mischief collection from Sportsheets. “Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise is huge and the shows reach an international audience. We are, of course, thrilled to have the world renown Vac-U-Lock shown in several episodes!” said Victoria Bowman-Steinour, director of marketing and public relations for Doc Johnson. The housewives planned a special Mexico getaway to commemorate Tamra’s approaching marriage, each with a different idea of how best to celebrate. Gretchen Rossi took matters into her own hands and stocked up on enough adult treats to make the entire group blush. “As fans of this hit guilty pleasure know, the ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County certainly know how to throw a party,” Sportsheets President Julie Stewart said. “It’s exciting to see so many of our top-selling products on a show that attracts millions of viewers.” Most of the manufacturers had no idea their products would get so much attention on the popular show. “We didn’t know anything about it in advance,” said Chris Post, vice president of Hott Products. “But it was certainly funny to see that the Real Housewives seem to know what they are doing from the way they passed around and sucked away on the Cock Pop!” For more information, including the episodes and photo galleries, visit BravoTV.com.
