HAPPAUGE, N.Y.—Magic Silk and Male Power are now offering dynamic LED signs to vividly enhance your store displays. These eye-catching signs feature a men’s or women’s lifestyle picture captured in a clear, illuminated Lucite frame. They come in three sizes and formats, to suit wall space of varying dimensions (although the large landscape version has proven to be most popular). Thanks to modern LED technology, the signs are light, long lasting and run on minimal electricity. The company’s horizontal landscape signage creates a beautiful header that distinguishes their brands from the competition. Jeff Baker, president of Magic Silk, explained, “We are testing this format initially since we believe that it makes better use of wall space at heights where product cannot be displayed.” The signs are approximately 36” wide and 17” tall. Merchandise will display very efficiently beneath them, but stores have the flexibility to create displays measuring 36 inches wide and 48 inches to 96 inches tall. Currently available signs advertise two of the companies’ most popular lines, Male Power’s Bamboo collection and the Exposed Corset and Pink Box collection. Additional signs will be created, based on customer demand and the introduction of new products. Today’s competitive retail market requires innovative, cutting-edge sales tools. This sophisticated advertising reflects the creative thinking at Magic Silk’s in-house graphic art department, and required special design techniques to take full advantage of the LED format. Because sales support is a priority at Magic Silk and Male Power; the signs are offered free of charge to customers placing orders of $2,000 or more. Others may purchase them for $100 each.
