Williams Tradingâs Customer Appreciation Event A Hit |
PENNSAUKEN, N.J.—Williams Trading Co. exceeded expectations once again at the second annual Customer Appreciation Seminar. The two-and-a-half-day event which was held in Mt. Laurel, N.J., just minutes from Williams Trading’s warehouse facility, proved to be both an educational and entertaining time for all. "This weekend was successful not only for Williams Trading but also for our vendors and attendees," commented Bob Pyne Jr., vice president, "We are so pleased to be able to provide this opportunity to our customers so that they can better serve the needs of both their employees and customers." A total of 85 attendees either drove or flew in from all parts of the country including Maine, Florida, New York, New Jersey and Canada to see some of the latest and greatest products from leading manufacturers. Educational seminars, question and answer sessions and of course buying opportunities were the main focus Saturday and Sunday. Manufacturers such as LELO, CalExotics, Pipedream Products, Nasstoys, Sportsheets, MD Science Labs, Doc Johnson, System Jo and others participated in the event. Nightly entertainment included dinner, a trip to the Camden Aquarium where a scavenger hunt ensued giving all of the manufacturers an additional hand-on opportunity with each attendee. Sunday's warehouse shopping event culminated with Williams' own version of Supermarket Sweep where two lucky attendees had the chance to grab all the product they could in 60 seconds. "It was as much fun for the winners as it was for everyone who cheered them on," stated Rich Pyne, sales manager, "It was a great way to bring everyone together!"
