20th Annual NightMoves Awards Heats Up Tampa

TAMPA, Fla.—Some of adult's biggest stars gathered at Tampa's Dallas Bull Nightclub Sunday evening for the 20th annual NightMoves Awards Show, one of the industry's longest-running events. Presented by NightMoves magazine, the 3 1/2 hour ceremony, hosted by Tony Batman and Girlfriends Films contract star Prinzzess FelicityJade, concluded a three-day Fan Fest full of appearances at local clubs, radio guest spots and more. The show also included performances by dance troupes East Coast Hard Bodies and La Teaze.  The majority of the categories are divided into both a Fan's Choice award and an Editor Choice award, and a handful of Special Awards are presented as well. Fan's Choice winners are chosen via online balloting. Reigning AVN Director of the Year Axel Braun, accompanied at the show by his contract girl, Aiden Ashley, saw a particularly good night, collecting trophies for Best Director (Parody) – Fan's Choice, Best Parody (Comedy) – Fan's Choice, Best Parody (Super Hero) – Fan's Choice and a First Choice Award, all capped off by a Lifetime Achievement Award.  "It's a tremendous honor and quite a thrill to be recognized for doing something I love," Braun told AVN. "These awards belong to my awesome crew, to all the loyal fans who constantly support me, and Steven [Hirsch], Marci [Hirsch] and everybody at Vivid, the company that made all this possible."
