The Right Hand Season 2 Premieres in Canada |
TORONTO—The late-night comedic documentary series The Right Hand returns this fall, with more antics from adult film producer Porno Dan and his right-hand man. The second season of The Right Hand premieres Oct. 4 at midnight MT on Movie Central (Western Canada) and on Oct. 5 at 11 p.m. ET on The Movie Network’s MExcess multiplex channel (Eastern Canada). Season one saw Porno Dan hire good-natured Canadian film student Brandon MacIntosh as his production assistant. With no experience in the industry, MacIntosh was quickly thrown out of his element and into the adult film world. In the season one finale, Porno Dan asked MacIntosh if he wanted to stay on, but Brandon’s answer was not revealed. The season two premiere will make known MacIntosh’s answer, as the episode follows the production assistant into the biggest industry event of the year. The Right Hand’s second season documents the ventures of the production assistant as he accompanies Porno Dan to the Adult Entertainment Expo, on a trip to Prague, through a legal battle, and into Dan’s family life. The show documents the drama and regular lives of Dan, his starlets, and the production assistant. Season two of The Right Hand consists of 10 30-minute episodes. Supporting characters include Immoral Productions contract star Rikki Six, regulars Britney Amber and Ash Hollywood, and Dan’s sister, Kristen. The Right Hand was created by Executive Producer Richard Arnold and Matt Austin Sadowski. Season two is directed by Sadowski, with guest direction from Kai Soremekun. “This show has been all fun since day one, and in season two the fun continues,” Arnold said. The Right Hand’s first season is currently available on TMN On Demand and Movie Central on Demand. Find The Right Hand on Twitter @the_right_hand, or on Facebook here.
