Septo Studios to Shoot Haunting Good 'Ghost' Parody |
CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Septo Studios has just completed its casting of its newest parody, OMG... It's the GHOST XXX Parody. This is, of course, a take-off on the 1990 blockbuster movie that Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze made famous. With no formal casting call, and no announcement to the press, the selection of actors was carried out with the precision and stealth of a Navy Seal Team. In an age where some directors and companies announce every insignificant move they make, many of which never come to fruition, this is almost unheard of. Studio head Jordan Septo elaborated, "Every time we have an idea, someone else 'miraculously' has the same idea. This time we wanted to cast, set the shoot dates, and then announce it." Septo cast the movie with his partner in crime, Gina Lassen. Septo describes her as his "Super Producer." "We knew who we wanted right away," Lassen stated. "The two leads, Molly and Sam, are being played by Brooklyn Lee and Seth Gamble respectively. Seth is an amazing actor who we've used in so many of our movies and Brooklyn is a very talented performer that really kicked ass this year with her string of awards." Besides Brooklyn and Seth, the full cast consists of Misty Stone (as Oda Mae), Ryan Driller (as Carl), Tommy Pistol (as Willy); along with Eva Angelina, Jessie Rogers, Raven Bay and Evan Stone. Although the exact shoot dates are being kept under wraps, we know the movie will be completed over the summer. An early October DVD sale date has been slated and is hotly anticipated. Vice President of Sales Danny Gorman is understandably very excited about the prospect of having another hit on his hands. "The Flashdance parody did great, which we followed up with Superstar Gangbangs, which also killed," Gorman said. "Now we have another iconic parody with a kind of supernatural theme releasing in time for a great Halloween-time crossover; what could be better?!" For domestic sales, email Gorman here.
