Kink.com Begins Workshop Series Exploring Sexuality |
SAN FRANCISCO—Kink.com has announced the beginning of a new Workshop Series. Inspired by the Kink.com mission—“empowering people to explore their sexuality”—the workshops will provide Bay Area locals and visitors the opportunity to gain information and encouragement in support of their own sensual explorations. "We're extremely pleased to be able to serve as a resource for education as well as entertainment," said Kink.com founder Peter Acworth. "There are a wealth of resources in this city, and our goal is to open this up to the wider community and increase the size and scope of the kinky community." Each month will feature a new topic and will cater to a wide variety of experience levels. The workshops begin this month with Strap-On Play 101, taught by popular Kink.com model and seasoned sex educator Rain DeGrey. "I got into teaching sexuality workshops as a natural extension of being a sexual, kinky person. I have always been very passionate about information and education," DeGrey said. "I want people to take away a sense of 'Aha! I can do that!' If one person has the courage to try something new, their sex life improves and they are a happier person as a result, then teaching was worthwhile." The first workshop is scheduled for Friday, July 13 at 7:30 p.m. Reservations can be made online at https://tickets.armorystudios.com. For additional information, visit Kink.com or BehindKink.com.
