'Revenge of the Petites' Enjoys Rowdy Premiere

WESTWOOD, Calif.—AMKingdom's debut feature Revenge of the Petites Tuesday night became one of only a small handful of adult motion pictures to ever receive a true Hollywood premiere, doing so at the Landmark Regent theater in Westwood's historic movie palace quarter. The majority of the Petites cast attended the event, along with director Harry Sparks, producer/AMK president Kim Nielsen, and a number of other adult stars and personalities. Nielsen, after posing on the red carpet with fiancé and Petites co-star Sativa Verte, revealed that he and Sparks had been tweaking the movie up until the very last second, saying, "Even at lunch today, we were making some last little adjustments." Once inside, Nielsen and Sparks both said a few words of introduction before the movie rolled—complete with classic grindhouse bumpers and a trailer for Sparks' sophomore AMK release, The Vampire Mistress. Throughout the over two-hour running time, the crowd remained lively, singing along with all of the movie's original songs and cheering during several of its sex scenes—particularly the extra-frenetic one toward the end between Verte and major supporting player Celeste Star. After the screening, attendees adjourned to next-door Barney's Beanery for celebratory drinks, food and karaoke. In addition to Verte and Star, cast members on hand included Marie McCray, Skin Diamond, Vanessa Cage, Sarah Shevon, Katie St. Ives, Seth Dickens, Kris Slater, Tia Cyrus, Dani Daniels, Victoria Rae Black and Talon. Also in attendance were Chanel Preston, James Bartholet, Tessa Lane, Tee Reel, Chastity Lynn, Christie Stevens, Melissa Jacobs, Jenna Ross, Elle Alexandra, directors Bobby Manila and Will Ryder, Eric Swiss and many other members of the Petites crew. Revenge of the Petites begins shipping on DVD May 2 through Exile Distribution.
