ICANN, ICM Registry File Motions to Dismiss in ‘Manwin v ICM’

LOS ANGELES—Lawyers representing The Internet Corporation for Internet Names and Numbers (ICANN) and .xxx operator ICM Registry have filed individual motions to dismiss in response to the antitrust lawsuit filed against them in November.
