Too $hort to Take Stage at 2012 AVN Awards |
LAS VEGAS—The whistle has officially been blown: multi-platinum rap artist Too $hort will hit the mic as the musical guest for tonight's AVN Awards Show at The Joint inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. "Happy to be playing the legendary AVN Awards," $hort told AVN. "I'm excited to see all the baddest bitches in adult looking so damn fine. We are going to have a real good time." $hort, who had a brief flirtation with the adult industry in 2003 as co-producer of the Adam & Eve release Get In Where You Fit In and appeared in mega cult films Menace II Society and American Pimp, is responsible for hip-hop hits including "Born to Mack," "The Ghetto" and "Blow the Whistle," and has collaborated with such legends of the genre as Tupac Shakur, The Notious B.I.G., Jay-Z, P. Diddy and previous AVN Awards musical guest Lil' Jon. For more information on the 29th annual AVN Awards, visit AVNAwards.com.
