Boots Bryant Releases Three Wall Calendars for 2012

LOS ANGELES—Fetish art photographer Boots Bryant has released the follow-up to his 2011 “Menology” wall calendar with three themed offerings for 2012. Bryant will give the first 100 people to purchase a calendar a free collectable gift. Gifts will match the theme of the calendar purchased, which include outdoor cruising, bear men and mask fetishes. “The first 100 people who buy a calendar and email me their proof of purchase will get a free gift,” he explains. “You can choose from a photo magnet, two handmade greeting cards, or a 5x7 print. To claim your gift you can take a photo of yourself holding the calendar when it arrives and post it to my Facebook wall or tag @BootsBryantPR with the photo on Twitter.” Bryant says any who wish to remain anonymous in claiming his or her gift can also email him direct. The new 2012 wall calendars include The Art of Cruising, Mascherine: A Collection of Masked Men, and Bears in B&W and are available at Lulu.com by searching keyword “Boots Bryant.” The Art of Cruising features highlights from the photographer’s forthcoming art zine of the same title, which will mix short erotic fiction stories with suggestive photography of men cruising public places for sex. Mascherine and Bears in B&W each feature artistically erotic photography for anyone with a masked men or bear fetish. “These calendars are perfect examples of why my work has been dubbed ‘Where Filth Meets Fine Art’,” he explains. “It’s not art, it’s not porn, it’s somewhere in between. This year the calendars include photos that are tamer than Menology. I realize now, not everyone can have a calendar filled with erect phalluses on their walls.
