Coquette Wins StorErotica’s Costume Manufacturer Award

LAS VEGAS—Coquette received honors Monday evening at the StorErotica Awards as the 2011 Costume Manufacturer of the Year. The award show was held during the fashion show at the StorErotica What’s New Marketplace and International Lingerie Show at the Rio Hotel and Casino. “This line has come a long way and we are thrilled to have this distinction,” said Marcus Horea, vice president of sales and marketing. “We have been working to achieve a new look and to differentiate ourselves from our competition with unique designs such as our role-play outfits and matching lingerie, as well as the first to focus on couples costumes.” The StorErotica Awards recognize outstanding achievement in 10 categories comprising of all aspects of the erotic retail industry. Included in those categories are lingerie, dancewear, accessories, novelties, adult film and smoke products. Additionally, awards are handed out for the industry’s top distributor, as well as Hot Product of the Year, that distinguishes the most innovate new erotic item sold over the past 12 months. The awards are produced by StorErotica Magazine, while the readers have exclusivity to vote on the categories at StorErotica.com. “We are extremely pleased to have been chosen for this award and are honored with the recognition it brings,” said Peter Horea, owner.  “Our Masquerade Collection is comprised of a variety of quality themed costumes that we are continually proud to put our name on.
