1st Annual GFY People's Choice Awards in Amsterdam

LOS ANGELES—AVN Media Network is very pleased to announce the 1st Annual GFY People’s Choice Awards, which will culminate in a fantabulous awards ceremony that will take place Sept. 17 during the Official Opening Party for the upcoming Webmaster Access Amsterdam, which runs Sept. 16-19 at the Park Hotel. Of the People, By the People and For the Industry, the GFY People’s Choice Awards will provide a rare opportunity for the people to make their voices heard as to whom rightfully deserves to be recognized as the best in the industry. Awards organizers have decided upon 20 industry categories to be included in the 1st Annual GFY People’s Choice Awards, and have developed a tired process that includes three total rounds leading up to the final event. Here is how each round will break down: Round One is open Now-Aug. 17: Nominations round. (See instructions below) Round Two runs from Aug. 18-31: To determine the Top 10 of each category. (Finalists will be determined via open poll-style voting on GFY. Details to come.) Round Three runs from Sept. 1-13: To pick the winners. (This will be closed voting. Winners will be announced at the Sept. 17 event. To oversee the final round of voting, Awards organizers will be enlisting the assistance of respected industry professionals from different companies. The panel currently includes: Shap Brad Mitchell Allison Roald Mickey Wiredguy JOEL Round 1 Protocol Here are the simple instructions to nominate your favorite company for an award: 1) Choose from the categories below: * Best Affiliate Program * Best Live Cam Company * Best Dating Company * Best Billing Company * GFY Webmaster of the Year * Best VOD Company * Best Sex Toy Affiliate Program * Best Gay Affiliate Program * Best Trans Affiliate Program * Best Advertising Network * Best Hosting Company * Best Design Studio * Affiliate Manager of the Year * Innovative Company of the Year * Best Mobile Company * GFY Troll of the Year * Web Producer of the Year * Payment System of the Year * Best Software Company * GFY Hall of Fame * Ban Hammer Award - Who should get the hammer! * GFY Einstein Award - Poster who gave the most knowledge to the community * Most Missed Member Award - Goes out to a member we lost and we miss the most. Can be RIP or just gone from the industry   2) Post your nomination in the follow format: Category Company/Individual 3) A company or individual can be nominated in more than one category. 4) Only one company or individual can be nominated in a single post. 5) If you have a question about which category you think a company belongs in, ask here and we will direct you to the correct category. We reserve the right to adjust a company's category placement if we believe they are placed into the incorrect one. 6) If you have any questions at all, please ask them here.
